Materials used
The basic material for springs is round spring wire:
- Patented spring wire Ø 0.2÷12.0 according to PN-71/M-80057 or PN-EN 10270-1;
- Stainless spring wire Ø 0.3÷ 8.0 in grade 1.4310 according to PN-EN 10270-3 (Sandvik 12R10, Haldex Garphyttan Garba 188).
For the production of springs we also use:
- carbon steel spring strips and sheets (50CrV4; 50HS, 65G and others);
- stainless steel spring strips (AISI 302).
- B6 bronze strips (Z6; Z8)
